As you will have noticed it's considerably milder than normal for this time of year. I definitely experienced some of the "arctic blast" last month but it's no where to be found now. It's a shame really; my love for layering up and finishing off with a vintage fur, during this time of year, have barely got a look in. I purposefully purchased a few knitted jumpers and dresses, anticipating those cold winter days when a nothing but a casual chunky rope knit will do. But I guess it wasn't meant to be.
So winter or not; I decided to wear this forest knitted maxi dress, but rather than overheat in a beautiful fur I went for a vintage leather jacket. I picked this one up in Reykjavik; one of my favourite places for vintage shopping by the way...but we'll talk about that another day. On my feet a classic pair of royal blue basket profi adidas, to finish off the look. Now I love a heel, but these trainers...
